In-House Catering Package

This is the #1 value per dollar BBQ catering service in the Coastal Bend. Invite up to 200 guests to dine on delicious mesquite-smoked foods in our spacious 3000 square foot complex with enough parking to accommodate more than 60 vehicles! Since our restaurant is closed evenings and weekends the place is all yours to enjoy. Our staff serves you with top notch service and smoked products that will leave your guests wanting more. What a way to throw a party!

"On-Site Catering"
Catering at a place of your choice!

Maybe you already had a venue in mind? Whether it's a personal residence or a ritzy hotel, we can take this show on the road! Wherever you need us, we'll be there! Most typical packages for this kind of event are as follows:

Main Entree, sides, Tea, Water and Ice
Service staff included
Standard serving time is 2 hours (30 minutes set up - 1 hour serving - 30 minute wrap up) Additional time is available if needed
*Some hotels and restaurants are accustomed to charging an "outside catering" fee of about 10% which is charged to you through our bill. Please check with your venue to see if this fee is enforced.

Custom Smoking Services

Your meat, my heat!! Does it look like it's going to rain outside? Perhaps that BBQ you planned for you family this Saturday was a bad idea. WRONG! We can bail you out! Bottomless Pit BBQ will happily smoke any meats you bring us for your party. Pick up your smoked meats fully-cooked and right off the pit just in time for the big game or birthday celebration.
